Information[]
Here is a list of all the different parts and blocks in Plane Crazy and their uses.
Basic Parts[]
Moderately heavy parts. Planes will mainly consist of these parts.
Blocks[]
These are the blocks available in the game.
- Block 1x1 – Speaks for itself. Just a basic building block. (probably made of aluminum), weighs 0.28 units. Size: 2.5, 2.5, 2.5
- Block 1x0.9 – A block with one side that is 0.1 smaller. It still has a slightly smaller hitbox than a 1x1 block. Great for making turrets or not wanting parts to "weld" to other parts.
- Beam 1x4 – A beam with a length of four blocks.
- Beam 1x7 – A beam the length of seven blocks.
Wedges[]
These are the Wedges available in the game
- Wedge 1x1 - A standard wedge. Weights half as much as a normal block.
- Wedge 1x2 – A doubly long wedge. Weighs
aboutthe same as a normal block.
- Wedge 1x3 – A wedge that is three blocks long. Weighs
about the same as3/2 the weight of a normal block.
- Corner Wedge – A corner wedge that weighs the same as a pyramid wedge block
- Half Wedge - A 1x1 wedge that can connect with a half-block on one of its sides. As seen from different points of view in the picture.
- Pyramid Wedge - A 1x1 Wedge resembling a square-based pyramid. Quite pointy.
Wing Parts[]
Wing parts weigh significantly less than normal blocks and also give planes lift, which is crucial to achieving flight. These panels are like plate figures that are in the middle layer of the block hitbox
Wing Panels[]
These Wing Panels are all the same design but differing in size.
- Wing Panel 1x1 – A 1x1 wing section.
- Wing Panel 1x2 – A 1x2 wing section.
- Wing Panel 1x3 - A 1x3 wing section.
- Wing Panel 1x4 – A 1x4 wing section.
Delta Wings[]
These are the Delta Wings, they have all the same triangular characteristics but differ in size.
- Delta Wing 1x1 – A wing section shaped like a Wedge 1x1.
- Delta Wing 1x2 – A wing section shaped like the Wedge 1x2.
- Delta Wing 1x3 – A wing section shaped like the Wedge 1x3.
- Delta Wing 1x4 – A wing section shaped like a Wedge 1x4.
Control Surfaces[]
Control Surfaces are complex parts that shift, allowing you to control your aircraft.
- Control Surface 1x1 – In the size of a 1x1 block hitbox.
- Control Surface 1x2 – A version of it that is twice as long.
- Delta Control Surface – A delta wing version that can be a whole wing on its own.
Engine Parts[]
Engine Parts will allow the player to move their plane in various ways.
- Super Rocket Engine – An engine with an unknown amount of power, more than the Rocket and less than the Large Rocket Engine
- Rocket Engine - An engine of unknown power, less than the Rocket and less than the Large Rocket Engine
- Large Rocket Engine – Only Noticeable difference between the Rocket Engine is a blue flame as opposed to an orange flame.
- Rocket Engine – An engine twice as powerful as the Jet Engine.
- Jet Engine – A normal engine, but really powerful.
- Propeller – A engine roughly 2/3 as powerful as a jet engine, but smaller.
- Wheels – The essential part of the making of ground vehicles. These act as realistic wheels, with the functions of steering, braking, and bidirectional acceleration.
- Water Propellers – Just like the propeller, but for water-based builds.
- Hover Thrusters – A thruster meant to hover over both land and water. They were hard to work in highlands such as hills and steep slopes.
- Water Wheels – Just like normal wheels, but for water-based builds.
Mechanical Parts[]
The Mechanical Parts are the interesting parts. Most of these don't fit into any other categories.
- Anchored Block - A part which freezes anything welded with it when you press the selected key.
- Suspension – A 1x2 part with adjustable settings, such as length and stiffness.
- Motor – A part that will turn whatever's placed on it. It has adjustable speeds.
- Motor 2 – Variation of the motor which follows the direction of the cursor. Its turning angle and speed can be configured. Has a feature that allows it to be a servo, limiting its rotating range.
- Piston – A part that extends and retracts, taking whatever's attached to it with it. The length of the extension is configurable.
- Half Piston – A piston that is half a block smaller than the normal Piston.
- Gyroscope - A part that is used to move the build they are connected to to a certain axis/rotation.
- Rope – A part that can be extended or retracted. It can pull parts but cannot push them. Has no part stiffness, unlike the Piston.
- Magnet – A part that remotely attracts and repels loose blocks at the push/hold of a hotkey. Does not affect other players.
- Conveyor Belt – A moving part that works like the real-life conveyor belt.
- Landing Gears – A part that is used for landing planes, which is retractable.
- Trapdoor – A part that can be moved to open and close.
- Disconnector – A part that is used to disconnect parts of a build.
- Spring - A part that launches objects .Unlike magnets, they cannot attract objects.
- Parachute - A block that slow things down when deployed. It is extremely glitchy. Players have their own parachute too.
- Snow/smoke pipe - Parts that emit particles.
- Compress - behaves like a motor lock but can be turned invisible or have collisions turned off.
Ballast Blocks[]
- Ballast Block – Can be used to increase the weight on one part of creation. Can be edited to be lighter than a 1x1 block. Density(weight) can be set to 0.15 - 10.
- Ballast Beam – The same function as the Ballast Block, but in the form as the Beam 1x4.
- Ballast Tank — While in water, this block will cause the vehicle to rise and sink like a submarine.
NOTE:A ballast block with a density of 1 DOES NOT mean it weight as much as a block 1x1
Special Parts[]
Seats[]
These are the Seats. Used for sitting in or for controlling the vehicle.
- Normal Seat – A generic seat which any player can come and sit in.
- Main Pilot Seat – This is where you will spawn when you press the green fly button. Needed to spawn any build.
- Pilot Seat – This is a secondary Pilot Seat that acts just like the Normal Seat but with less control.
Miscellaneous[]
These are some of the random items found in Plane Crazy
- Camera – Can be used to change the camera position. Can be used as sights for turrets, or your other vehicles.
- Tips Jar – A way to show that you have donated to the creator.
- Speaker – A purchase block that plays any music you want in the games audio library.
Event parts[]
These are parts that can only be get during events (winter/summer)
- Fireworks - Self-explanatory. It has a short delay before it explodes, with configurable range.
- Skis - A part with grey bars under it. The special thing is that the grey parts have small friction.
- Winter wheel - Just like normal wheels
- Snow blasters - Emits white particles that moves the block.
- Sparkler - a pot that makes small sparks from holes. Mostly used for decoration
- Lava Spitter - A cannon that shoots lava. It is capable of damaging blocks at a short range, gradually turning parts black when it hits them.
- Water Jet - A cannon that shoots water, dealing no damage. However, it pushes objects away from where it's facing.
- Pontoons - are extra floaty.
- Water wheel - Just like normal wheels, but for water-based builds.
Player versus player[]
These items are able to be used in PVP mode.
- Gun – A part that fires a projectile that turns parts transparent when it hits them, until removing said part entirely.
- Rocket – A rocket that explodes on collision with any surface. It can be configured to not track objects in close proximity.
- Square Bomb – A 1x1x1 bomb block that can have configurable settings, such as blast radius, pressure, and an On-Impact checkbox.
- Sphere Bomb – A spherical bomb, having the same properties as the Square Bomb. However, it cannot weld with any parts.
- Lava Splitter— A cannon that shoots lava. It is capable of damaging blocks at a short range, gradually turning parts black when it hits them. Obtainable during the Summer Event.
- Water Jet — A cannon that shoots water, dealing no damage. However, it pushes objects away from where it's facing. Obtainable during the Summer Event.
- Cutter — A triangular part that un-welds parts when it comes in contact with them.

A more in-depth explanation can be found at the Weaponry page.
Friction blocks[]
- Friction block – A type of block that has more friction, compared to other blocks
- Friction beam – A 4 by 1 by 1 Friction blockers
April Fools[]
